SHIPPING POLICY

All packages ship using trackable Express/ Expedited Shipping service (EMS)
StreeTiles™ are custom made per order, please allow for 3-4 weeks from order placement for delivery (Ex-Works).
The Estimated Delivery Time for most destinations is 5-14 Working days.

Delivery times may vary according to the destination.
Delivery times are estimated, delay by post, custom or holiday may occur.
StreeTiles cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for canceling the order.

  •  No returns or claims may be made on top of installed material.
  • StreeTiles™ warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in our panels.
  • Any panel showing a defect upon unpacking and inspection of the products will be replaced with a new panel as soon as is possible.
  • Any claims of this nature must be made prior to the start of installation/use.
  • StreeTiles™ is a bespoke product and most orders are made-to-order. It may require some time to fabricate, cure and ship the replacement panel.

Standard Shipping

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Express Shipping

Please contact us to arrange express delivery & costs (e.g. USP, Fed-Ex, etc.).

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by StreeTiles.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars and charged to your credit card in US dollars.
The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general, it should match closely with the current rate.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@streetiles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
